Q: Do you offer a Warranty?

A: Yes!  Shelves to Drawers Company provides the original purchaser of our roll out storage products a limited 5 year warranty against manufacturer defect.  After getting our written approval, simply return the warranty item (prepaid shipping) to us with a copy of your original order form and proof of payment and a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.  We are only able to warranty our product, not the labor involved or the hardware or your shelving or cabinets. We also offer a limited lifetime warranty on the drawer slides.
