My cabinet space is limited. How will roll-outs help me?
A:
Roll-outs are probably just what you need to make your existing space more functional and organized. Roll-outs bring the items hidden in your cabinets out in to the open. This allows you to easily reach items stored in the back of the cabinet as well as those up front. This may help you reduce multiples of hidden items and thus give you more free space.

Each roll-out uses about 1" of space on each side and will raise your items about 1" from where they are now.

How long does it take?
A:
Let's use an average order of eight roll-outs: free initial estimate to measure your cabinets (~ 35 minutes), order processed and delivered (3-4 weeks), professional installation in less than one hour (~ 5 minutes per roll-out).

Our roll-outs are hand-made in the USA and we pride ourselves on their strength and durability. We stand behind them with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

How do I place a custom order?

2. Follow the measurement instructions on the guide.

3. Return to the online store and select the custom product and options you wish to order.

4. Click "Custom Order" at the bottom of the product page to enter the item details from your measurement guide.

How do I change or cancel an order?

What is your return policy?
A:
There is a 20% restocking fee on the regular (list) price of any returned or exchanged item. Item must be received in resaleable condition. Shipping is excluded.

Is my transaction secure on your website?
A:
Yes. The pages of our site which contain information about your account and transactions are secure. This is indicated by "https:" in the address bar of your web browser. Your browser may also display a security icon.

Will I get a receipt with my order?
A:
We will send an order confirmation and receipt to the email address you provide at checkout.

Q:
How will my order be delivered?
A:
We ship all orders by common carrier - Ground, unless otherwise specified at checkout. Be sure to enter the proper SHIP TO address. Unless requested, we do not specify "signature required".

Q:
Can you ship to international addresses?
A:
We do not ship internationally at this time.
